Conrad Los Angeles

Conrad Los Angeles is a really nice hotel in DTLA, easy in and out, quiet, private, and reserved. It’s directly across the street from Walt Disney Concert Hall and the courthouses, which is incredibly convenient. I love the vibe throughout the property, and the bar and restaurant are excellent. The food was outstanding. Most of all, the people here are extremely friendly and accommodating. I’ve eaten here with my wife and my team, friends have stayed here when they’re in town, and I’ve attended events here as well. Yina, Rebecca, and others have been consistently warm and helpful. This hotel is absolutely a 5-star experience in LA.

Overall wonderful stay. Beautiful property. Service was top notch from the second you pulled into valet. The staff made the stay that much better. Anytime we needed our car valet had it in 2 minutes. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean! Loved the blackout curtains and automatic shades. Bathroom area was spacious. Bed was very comfortable, no complaints. Not a fan of downtown LA, but this was a great hotel to stay in while in town.

one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! rooms are gorgeous and well appointed with amenities, coffee, tea, robes, slippers, unlimited free water & chocolate. Great views of the walt disney theatre. quiet location in DTLA in little Tokyo. service was 5 stars. beautiful pool, spa & gym, beautiful lobby. the design of this hotel is stunning it was my husbands birthday and they brought him complimentary cupcakes with a card. this will be my go to hotel in LA!

Thank you, Conrad, for a wonderful weekend. All staff throughout the hotel was exceptional and thoughtful. Surprised us with some desserts for our anniversary. The bar and restaurant are exceptional! The fit out and vibe of the hotel is elevated and modern but also cosey. The rooms are great. Very nice size. Good room for storage. Shower and bathroom area is spacious. As is the bed and living area. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We visited the spa for the red light and dry sauna and they were excellent. Thank you!

This is out 12th stay here at Conrad Los Angeles. We keep coming back because of the service, vibe, and rooms in general. At this point we’ve stayed at most of the room, and i can honestly say that the Conrad Penthouse is indeed the best one and then after that is the Corner Suite with the Disney Concert Hall view and City Halp view! We loved this place so much we even got engaged there! I love all the byredo soap they have in every room. The best food from San Laurel for dinner is definitely the bone-in rib eye and the fennel soup. For dessert, you absolutely have to get the burnt cheesecake. Sebastian by far is the best waiter in all Los Angeles :) very professional, knowledgeable, classy and nice person. Extra shout out to the housekeeping team, they are very thoughtful. One day I was one my monthly cycle and without request they provided me with all the supplies (the ladies would know what I mean). Also front desk team is excellent, every single one of them. Bell boys included, they are very very kind people. For none suite room, always choose the disney concert hall view, it’s the best one!

Words cant express how wonderful my visit was at the Conrad LA. I stayed 3 nights in the Premier King w/city views and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! You will be pampered from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed. I met four amazing ladies at the Beaudry restaurant. Lauren, Raven, Stephanie, and Nashay! They went above and beyond making sure everything was to my liking and did so with beautiful smiles on their faces. My turndown attendant, Ruth, was truly a gem. She was so kind and welcoming. I also received the best facial and 90 minute massage from Miriam. You can tell everyone here loves what they do and I'm thankful for each of them.

Had a fantastic stay at the Conrad Los Angeles. From the moment we pulled up, the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Mario who greeted us so warmly; He handled our luggage seamlessly and made the check-in process feel completely effortless. Great location, bar is a definitely highlight, The decor and facilities are truly impressive—everything feels modern, high-end, and thoughtfully designed. Plus, I love Byredo products provided. One minor observation: public common areas and seating are quite limited if you aren’t dining at the on-site restaurants.

This was our second stay at this beautiful hotel. The service is unparalleled. I had some restaurant leftovers and asked (via text) for some ice. They delivered ice AND a mini-fridge to the room within 10 minutes! The morning lobby coffee and tea is a very nice amenity. The restaurant is good, although pricey (we had breakfast there and it was quite tasty with, again, excellent service). The pool is magnificent and the gym is very nice, too. Our room had a stunning view of the Walt Disney Concert Hall and we were able to easily walk across the street to attend a concert there. The only thing that I would change is that I found the bed to be too soft and my back suffered for it, but others might really like that type of mattress. Overall, an excellent experience.
